Yamuna Zake
Yamuna Zake is a visionary: A master teacher and healer who has literally dedicated her life to understanding how the body works and helping others to create positive change in their bodies through what she has learned.
Today, Yamuna is a world-renowned authority whose simple, yet profound methods have been proven beyond doubt. Yamuna is as exceptional as she is real; as intelligent as she is accessible; as generous as she is devoted. Her thinking and her methods are uniquely her own. She is not aligned with any popular theory or rhetoric.
She lives her vision that a fully aligned body with all of its capacity for movement free and available is the most beautiful body possible. She is committed to sharing with others what it takes to know and love their bodies, and be better in them.

Megwyn White
Is a collaborative team player at the flagship Yamuna® Studio in New York city. As a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2001 where she focused on movement and Dance, and Physically based theatre. It was there that she also first met Yamuna Zake. Her background in both theatre and dance allows her to translate the work into the body with a clarity and depth maintaining both flow and focus in each of her classes. Her focus at the studio has been developing and fusing Yamuna® Body Rolling as way of deepening the Pilates method.
She has been working with Yamuna Zake for the past year and is trained in almost all YBR® modalities including YBR® Hands on Therapy, Yamuna® Face Ball, YBR® Yoga, Yamuna® Body Logic and is currently working with Yamuna in the development of YBR® based Pilates.
Her Pilates certification was earned through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in 2005 under Rael Isacowittz. Gifted as a hands on communicator with experience in many forms of Bodywork including Shiatsu massage, Reiki, Watsu (Water Shiatsu), Lomi Lomi and Thai Bodywork.
Fascinated with the dynamics of the human body, she continues to advance her studies in the movement arts through forever furthering her education in the movement arts and is grateful to be in house practitioner at Yamuna® Studio.
She has been working with Yamuna Zake for the past year and is trained in almost all YBR® modalities including YBR® Hands on Therapy, Yamuna® Face Ball, YBR® Yoga, Yamuna® Body Logic and is currently working with Yamuna in the development of YBR® based Pilates.

Vicki Lorayne
Trained by Yamuna Zake and Bliss Yoga Center, Vicki has a keen sense of body awareness, appreciating the mind- body connection. She became certified in all Yamuna® Body Rolling modalities (YBR), Foot Fitness, Face Saver ,YBR® Hands on therapy, and Body Logic to help students free their bodies of pain due to misalignment. Vicki's yoga training was drawn from Hatha, Ashtanga, Anusara and Iyengar.
She is a full time practitioner at the Yamuna® flagship studio in NYC where she teaches private and group classes . Vicki can also be seen on the latest Yamuna® Save Your Series DVD's such as Save your Upper, Middle and Lower Back as well as the soon to be released Yamuna® Yoga: The Fundamentals of Standing Poses.
She is a full time practitioner at the Yamuna® flagship studio in NYC where she teaches private and group classes . Patricia Powers
Patricia Powers is a Yamuna® Practitioner and Certifying Instructor at the New York Flagship Studio. She is trained in YBR® Hands-on Table, Face Ball and Foot Fitness and is currently pursuing training in Body Logic. She is also certified in Prana Yoga, Stott Pilates, Tai Chi Chuan and Usui Reiki. She is most interested in helping clients clear the path to greater fulfillment of their personal goals and creative expression. Prior to developing as a mind/body/spirit wellness instructor and bodyworker, Patricia has over 20 years of experience as a performing artist, dancer, choreographer and creative movement instructor to people of all ages. Her ability to honor each persons uniqueness has been enhanced through studies of astrology, philosophy and psychology.

Renie Viola
Renie has studied YBR® at the Yamuna® flagship studio in NYC since 2005 and has been a certified YBR® practitioner since 2008. She spent a year and a half in Houston, TX where she taught classes and did private sessions at four studios there. Now back in NYC, she currently teaches weekly classes at Yamuna® Studio downtown and at various places in her Harlem neighborhood uptown. She holds a BFA in modern dance from the Ohio State University. As a dancer, she believes firmly in finding efficiency, ease and joy in all movement, and believes YBR® to be the most powerful tool for this and for overall wellness.

Scott Verardo
Dianne Glass
Dianne is an advanced certified practitioner in all Yamana® modalities including Body Logic Bodywork, Body Rolling, Foot Fitness, Face Ball Rejuvenation, Yamuna® Hands on Table Treatment and Yamuna® Yoga.
She holds a master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Academy of Chinese Healing Arts, a BA in Visual Communications from The University of South Florida, has been a licensed massage therapist since 1981 and is a licensed aesthetician.
Dianne is based in Sarasota Florida and the Yamuna®flagship studio in New York City. She is a certifying instructor offering private and group instruction as well as focused workshops and retreats.

Suzen Murakoshi
Suzen Murakoshi has worked in New York City with Yamuna® since 2005. At Yamuna's side, she has assisted in Body Logic sessions, with staff training at Canyon Ranch, and in classes at the Yamuna® flagship studio in NYC. Suzen holds an MFA from the New School for Social Research, NYC, in acting and play writing. As a performer, Suzen has appeared on and off-Broadway as an actor and dancer, as well as in television and on film. Trained in ballet, jazz, Yamuna® Body Rolling, Yamuna® Body Logic, YBR® Therapeutics and Anti-Gravity yoga, Suzen brings her movement experiences to Yamuna® Body Rolling, Body Logic and YBR® Therapeutics. All bodywork modalities are doors into the same room, of which the work with Yamuna's Studio is one of the most efficient.
